An ICF-certified coach, nationally acclaimed real estate educator, podcast host and international keynote speaker, Cheryl is known for empowering real estate professionals to own their value, elevate their impact, and lead with confidence. Cheryl has authored three books, built two Utah pre-licensing real estate schools, and written over 75 continuing education courses. She holds 17 NAR certifications and designations and is one of a select few to earn the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association. Obsessed with the study of personality, she is also certified in ProScan and Enneagram—and brings those tools to life through her dynamic coaching and leadership. A huge Disney fanatic, at the heart of Cheryl’s leadership philosophy is her MAGIC formula: Mindset Mastery, Accountability, Growth, Impact, and Community.
