About Erick

Erick Schork partners Coldwell Banker after an illustrious tenure at Brigham Young University (BYU) where he played a pivotal role in elevating the performance of the men’s basketball program to a Power 5 conference, During his time as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Erick oversaw all aspects of training for athletes at The Ohio State University, Buffalo Bills, Saint Louis University and various other Division 1 Universities and USA Hockey, While at Saint Louis University Erick worked for the legendary former Utah Basketball Coach, Rick Majerus. In 2013 Erick was named a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach, the highest honor given at the collegiate level, as well as being named to the 2022 top 50 most impactful strength and conditioning coaches, voted on by Athletic Directors and Head Coaches. Erick takes the care and emotional investment that he used to empower athletes to achieve high levels of success toward his clients and their Real Estate goals. Erick’s migration to Real Estate from athletics follows decades of investment and residential property ownership. His business plan is built on a genuine care for all clients and their futures.
