I also show properties, communicate, and uphold the code of ethics in business dealings. Resolve Conflicts and Negotiate with Others - Handle complaints, settle disputes, resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with others while providing exceptional customer service. Establish and Maintain Interpersonal Relationships - Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time. Communicate with people on all sides of the transaction, such as customers, banks, title and insurance companies, other real estate professionals, and other external sources, daily. Analyze, prepare, and deliver presentations - Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources. Access media advertising services and get information from individuals. Prepare/review binding legal documents - Negotiate Real Estate contracts and work for the client's best interest while providing legal fiduciary care. Maintain Real Estate license and continuing education. Following local and state laws, rules, and regulations. Provide consultation and advice to others. Update and Use Relevant Knowledge - Staying up-to-date on technology and applying new knowledge regarding contract, property, or Real Estate laws. Research economic trends to educate the client.
