I have had the privilege and blessing of being in the real estate profession since 1972. I got into real estate when I realized, while buying my own property for my young family, that it provided them with stability, security, fond family memories and most of all – calling a place home . I get great satisfaction in helping the first – time home buyer needing help obtaining grant money for down payment or help with credit repair. I love helping people get into homes or helping with the most affluent purchase of a luxury home. Over the years I have gone through many changes and shifts in the marketplace. Through this experience, I can interpret the market for home sellers, buyers and investors.
