Hi friends, my name is Bailey Hanson and as a trusted real estate advisor, I understand that buying or selling a home is a complex and deeply personal process. I have strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of the local market; however, I didn't get into real estate for the money. I pursued real estate because of my love for exploring and learning about houses. I love learning the unique story behind each home. This passion I had for real estate grew as I developed genuine relationships with local people, hearing their own stories and the "why" behind their move. The transition one makes moving into a new home can be extremely hard, but it is even harder without a partner that takes the time to answer the hard questions and truly get to know your needs and wants. It is in your best interest to find a partner that will be with you every step of the way. You do not need a computer to help you find your dream home. In case you wanted to know a little bit about me, I am from a small town on the Oregon Coast, Lincoln City. I first fell in love with Utah during my visits every summer before I attended Utah Valley University for my undergraduate. I graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in accounting. In my free time, I love to hang out with my pug, Paisley, go for drives up Butterfield Canyon, play board games, and do various crafts.
