✨ A little introduction! ✨ Hi, I’m Melanie! 👋 I’m a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving Morgan County and Northern Utah. Real estate has given me the opportunity to combine so many things I love—homes, design, building, and most importantly, PEOPLE. 🏡 I’m also proud to be a member of the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association and involved with the Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes. I love working alongside builders, designers, and other professionals in our community and getting a front-row seat to what’s happening in new construction and home design. But outside of real estate, I’m a mom and a grandma ❤️—two of my very favorite titles! When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me doing something outdoors. I love hiking, fly fishing, spending time in the mountains, and pretty much anything that gets me outside.
