About Krista

Krista Burger is a lifelong Houstonian. She grew up in Kingwood, spent most of her life in central Houston, and has worked all over the greater Houston area. Raised by home builders, she spent years learning about construction and property value, which shaped her appreciation for architecture and design. Together with her husband, they invest in real estate, giving her a perspective on both sides of the transaction process. Before launching her real estate career, Krista earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Texas State University and spent 13 rewarding years as a high school math teacher. Today she brings that same dedication of helping others and solving problems to her real estate career. A lifelong learner, Krista is always seeking opportunities to grow personally and professionally to better serve her clients. She offers local knowledge, a down to earth approach, and an eye for detail to help her clients reach their real estate goals. Outside of work, Krista enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, knitting, or strolling the neighborhood with her dog. Her and her husband also share their home with a few rescue cats because there's always room for one more.
