About Karrie

As a Texas native and long time resident of the Montgomery County area, I am eager to begin working closely with each client through the most exciting process and one of the most important investments we ever make. Prior to entering real estate I worked in the customer service and the restaurant marketing industry for 20 years. My experience in hospitality is second to none when serving my guests and assuring all of their expectations are exceeded with a first class experience every time. Creating an ease with the transition of buying or selling a home is key to this exciting journey. I believe that the purchase or sell of a home should be guided with exceptional integrity and loyalty along with professionalism. My goal is to provide each client with flexibility, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiate on their behalf, and the ability to accurately price and market a home. Outside of business I have taken many opportunities to serve my community and give back through Habitat for Humanity, National Charity League and serving on the PTA School Board. Besides loving the excitement of real estate, my favorite thing in the world to do is spend time with my husband and two kids. We have been married for 20 years and have a son who is 18 and daughter that is 16. We love being being outdoors, boating, fishing, hiking and cooking a great meal together.
