About Ashley

Real estate agent and self-proclaimed “Dream Home Connoisseur” Ashley Shadbolt views it as a privilege when clients trust her with one of the biggest investments of their lives, and she works tirelessly to honor that trust. As a native Houstonian and someone who has lived and sold homes in the area, Ashley has broad and in-depth knowledge of the Southeast Texas housing market. She assists many first-time homebuyers and is especially invested in taking care of our military veterans and first responders. With a family who have strong ties to public service, Ashley is a participating agent with the Veterans Land Board and has extensive training in VA loans and benefits. Ashley’s personable nature helps her deliver results beyond her clients’ hopes and expectations. She wants excitement to be the prevailing emotion from start to finish, and her go-getter personality and positive attitude make it easy — even when the transaction gets complicated. When Ashley isn’t busy helping her clients, she loves to travel and experience new cultures, something she believes helps her relate well to people from all backgrounds. She also enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, fishing and spending time with her family. Ashley currently resides in the Houston area with her two fur babes Pedro and Mocha.
