After a number of years as the Director of Career Development at the Houston Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS corporate office, (now Coldwell Banker Realty), I decided to get back to hands-on real estate service. Training so many of our new Coldwell Banker agents in the business reminded me of how rewarding working one-on-one with personal clients can be. I am pleased to be able to bring my specialized experience and expertise to help you in your property search or home sale. I have lived all around the country, including California, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, New Mexico, and now the great state of Texas, and understand the adventure, trials and tribulations of house hunting, relocation and moving. I now consider myself a proud Texan, and can't imagine living anywhere else! I have developed excellent marketing and negotiating skills during my 15-year career in the entertainment industry, first as Marketing and Promotions director for Merriweather Post Pavilion, a large outdoor amphitheater near Washington DC, and later as a booking consultant for the City of Baltimore's Pier 6 summer concert Pavilion. While living in Austin, I entered the world of commercial and film acting, which heightened my sensitivity to adapting to unique situations and understanding the needs and visions of others.
