Getting to know both Buyers and Sellers is what I love about Real Estate. Over 11 years’ experience helping clients with buying and selling their homes. I often tell people coming from different areas there are three things that will make you love west Texas, the sunsets and sunrises but more than that it's the people you will meet. When working with Sellers that are local, as well as those out of the area, I work tirelessly from the start of the listing process to the closing day, so it is as smooth as possible. At every point in the transaction, I strive to be a focused listener and able advisor. I guide my Sellers through the home preparation and listing process which has allowed me to consistently beat the market on results for my clients. It is crucial to have a REALTOR® who understands the region and will work hard on your behalf when buying a home. With seasoned Buyers, I will help my clients navigate the transition from their current home to purchasing a new home following through with strong communications. With first-time home buyers in the area, I ensure my clients understand the process step-by-step to set them up for success in our local home market. In my spare time I love to spend time with family, friends and travel. I'm always willing to get involved in fundraisers for children and our military people.
