About Matt

Personal Background Matt was born and raised in the Midlands. He began working in the real estate profession in 2004 and ranked the top agent in transactions for South Carolina in 2021, 2022 and 2023. He is dedicated to the success of the Coldwell Banker Realty team but, most importantly, his client's needs and concerns. Matt consistently meets his client's expectations and receives continuous referrals from pleased clients. He knows how to represent his clients whether they buy, sell, build, or invest in real estate. Matt brings years of sales, REO, asset management, managerial skills, new construction experience, GREEN home benefit knowledge, and the latest technology and education in the real estate field to Coldwell Banker Realty. Matt currently lives in the Batesburg-Leesville area of the Midlands with his wife Angie and son Connor. He is a member of Wittenberg Lutheran Church, a board member of the Batesburg Youth Sports League, and a member of B-L Lodge 138. When not helping people with real estate, Matt enjoys golf, Lake Murray, and spending time with family and friends.
