With 8 years in both residential and commercial real estate, over two decades of contracting and construction experience, and a foundation shaped by my service as a U.S. Army Veteran and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, I bring a disciplined, detail-driven, and client-focused approach to every transaction. Before joining Coldwell Banker Caine, I served as Broker-in-Charge at a boutique real estate firm, where I strengthened my leadership skills and developed a deep understanding of complex transactions. Combined with more than 20 years of experience in contracting and construction, I help clients assess property condition, craftsmanship, and long-term value with confidence. Whether I’m working with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or investors, my approach centers on clear communication, strong negotiation, and a smooth, well-managed experience from start to finish. As a proud resident of the Upstate for more than a decade, I appreciate this region’s balance of beauty, opportunity, and community. Beyond Real Estate: Outside of real estate, I stay active in the community through my (4) children’s school and sports activities, church at First Presbyterian of Greenville, and as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. You’ll often find me on the tennis court, golfing, hiking, biking, or coaching one of my children’s sports teams.
