About Todd

When he moved to the Upstate in 2011, Dr. Todd Voss immediately fell in love with the people, beauty, unique towns, and incredible recreational opportunities of the area. Today, he works to help other Upstate lovers find their perfect homes. Todd has designed, built, and renovated key housing, education, athletic, and specialty structures on multiple college campuses, working with planners, real estate professionals and government officials on property acquisition and use, all with the goals of improving lives and communities. Now in his second career, he has added considerably to his knowledge base to offer real estate services with exceptional integrity and client care. Due to his work and community involvement, he was awarded the Duke Energy Citizenship and Service Award in 2019. During his tenure, Todd has served as the Higher Education Tuition Grants Commission College Representative, the South Carolina Independent College and University Chair, and the NCAA Conference Carolinas Chair. Desiring a second career that still met his passion of improving the lives of others, Todd made the move to residential real estate, where he strives to exceed his clients’ expectations. “Real estate is an extremely personal field that impacts everyone,” said Todd. “Every transaction requires a keen insight into each client’s unique story and goal. To serve in real estate with a spirit of care and support of others is incredibly rewarding.” In a market that is constantly changing, Todd’s knowledge and support through the process remains steadfast, making his clients’ plans for the future attainable. When he’s not working, you’ll find Todd spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren on Lake Keowee where he lives, or you’ll find him busy with a building or woodworking project.
