About Kathy

As an experienced REALTOR, achieving the International Sterling Society in 2022 production, my area of expertise stems from a career built around new home construction and my relocation prowess. I have worked on projects throughout the North and South East, most recently focusing on Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. My professional career paired with personal experience moving several times, has provided me with a well-rounded perspective for relocating clients to the Upstate. Prior to my time with Coldwell Banker Caine, I gained 15 years of sales knowledge and 13 years of buyer's agent experience negotiating contracts at Honeywell International's Capital Construction Group. My former career has served me well in the real estate industry. My clients also value my conscientious approach to service, always paying attention to details and listening to their needs. As a Greenville transplant 10 yrs ago, my husband and I could not be happier to have found our home in this vibrant and energetic city. In our free time, we enjoy hiking, downhill skiing, reading books on the beach and playing tennis. We also love spending time with our three grown children who are married and enjoying our first granddaughter!
