My path to real estate has been shaped by a lifetime of experiencing different communities and housing markets across the country. Having lived in North Carolina, California, Virginia, Florida, New Hampshire, Oregon, and now South Carolina, I understand firsthand the excitement, challenges, and emotions that come with relocating and finding a place that truly feels like home. Before transitioning into real estate, I built a strong background in property management, working with both long-term and short-term rentals. Much of my experience came from managing luxury beachfront vacation properties along Florida’s Emerald Coast, including Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, and Blue Mountain Beach. Working in those highly sought-after communities gave me valuable insight into investment properties, second homes, vacation rentals, and the elevated level of service clients deserve throughout the process. I genuinely enjoy studying market trends, housing data, and community growth, and I love helping clients feel informed and confident in their decisions. Whether working with first-time buyers, relocation clients, investors, or families navigating a major life transition, my goal is always the same: to make the process feel smooth, supportive, and tailored to what matters most to them. To me, real estate is about far more than a transaction—it’s about relationships, trust, and helping people find a home and community that fit their lifestyle. Now based in South Carolina with Coldwell Banker Caine, I’m excited to help clients navigate the Upstate market while bringing both local insight and a broader perspective shaped by experiences across the country. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughters, staying involved in the community, coaching sports, volunteering, and taking advantage of everything the Upstate has to offer. Whether it’s local events, parks, outdoor adventures, or simply spending time together as a family, those experiences are a big part of why I care so much about helping others find a place where they truly love living.
