About Estefania

As an Upstate native, I’m proud to help clients find their place in the community I’ve always called home! With a strong foundation in marketing, client service, and relationship-building, my approach to real estate is rooted in integrity, clear communication, and dedication to supporting clients through every step of the process. My interest in real estate stems from my involvement in my father’s painting business, through which I gained firsthand experience preparing homes for the market and supporting sellers behind the scenes. That experience, paired with my background in marketing and customer-facing roles, shaped my appreciation for details that make transactions successful, and clients feel confident along the way. I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing from Greenville Technical College, which enables me to bring a thoughtful, organized approach to every transaction. I strive to create a welcoming, low-pressure experience where clients feel informed, comfortable asking questions, and supported from start to finish. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, journaling, baking, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves! I also hold a cosmetology license and love helping friends and family feel their best! I look forward to continuing to build connections and serve the Upstate community through my work with Coldwell Banker Caine.
