When you work with me you receive world class customer service, 38 years of real estate experience specializing in lake and golf master-planned communities, and a lifetime of knowledge of the area. Over the past 26 years, I’ve used my first-hand knowledge of Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee, as well as my world-class customer service, for my buyers and sellers. I especially love taking clients to view properties by boat, providing them with a real feel for life on the lake. Throughout my tenure in real estate, I have also consulted on new developments and neighborhoods on Lake Keowee, from planning and site layouts to sales and marketing. Each of my projects has successfully sold at a record pace. Looking for someone you can trust? Real estate runs in my blood (my mother was in real estate, and my wife and daughter are also with Coldwell Banker Caine), and I have a proven track record of success across the lakes (most recently — 54 transactions and $37.3M in volume for 2021; and 55 transactions and $31.3M in volume for 2020). I have also been named a member of the International Society of Excellence - Top 1% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide.
