The grass is greener on my side of the fence. With over 30 years of residential sales experience, and almost 50 as a Greenville resident, I've watched the city make huge strides in becoming the dynamic thriving destination so many, from all over the country, want to move to and visit! My love for this city has only grown with each passing year. Greenville has gone from a nice little town to a bustling, friendly city that is easy to navigate and enjoy. We have 5 theaters, plenty of music, art on display everywhere, mountains to hike and bike, lakes to fish and boat and colleges close at hand to keep you healthy, wise and entertained. My clients know me as an enthusiastic and energetic ally who seeks to do what's best for them by educating them on the many neighborhoods, the local customs, the schools, the builders, and what features that are important for their resale. Before I began real estate, my passion was teaching. Thankfully, as a REALTOR® I still use education every day. My hope is to be the expert on this constantly changing market so I can provide answers for what my clients are looking for. Through working with me, buyers and sellers alike will be able to move forward with confidence. Not only do I seek what's best for my clients, but also, I'm conscientious of the environment. As an Eco Broker, I have been tested in learning what qualifies an eco-friendly home. I love to help people discover how energy efficiency is not only good for the environment, but for them and their finances as well! Along with my title as a real estate agent, I'm known as a proud mother, grandmother, and cheerleader for my three children and two grandchildren. You'll find my husband and me spending time with our family, taking road trips or enjoying my patio garden much of the year because we have the best weather in the world ...right here in Greenville!
