When I relocated to Greenville in 2017, I wasn’t just looking for a new place to live—I was searching for a community that felt grounded, connected, and full of opportunity. The Upstate quickly became home. Since entering real estate in December 2020, I’ve guided clients with confidence and care through more than $40 million in transactions, including first-time purchases, relocations, luxury homes, and lakefront properties. I’ve been honored with multiple Top Producer awards, including Listing Agent of the Year, but the trust my clients place in me matters most. My approach is shaped by experience. I’ve relocated multiple times myself, purchased lakefront property, built a custom home, and lived across the Upstate—from Lake Keowee and the Clemson area to Greenville. I understand that buying or selling a home is rarely just about the property—it’s about timing, lifestyle, and finding the right fit. Before real estate, my career spanned golf course architecture and more than 20 years in IT sales, consulting, and strategic leadership. I earned my degree in landscape architecture from Texas A&M University and later held senior roles with organizations such as AT&T and Presence Health. That background informs how I work today—asking the right questions and balancing design thinking, negotiation, and long-term planning. For sellers, I offer a full-service, turnkey approach—coordinating staging, contractors, and presentation to position homes effectively. For buyers, my goal is to help them find not just a house, but a community where they feel connected and excited about what’s next. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, golfing, boating on Lake Keowee, and exploring Greenville’s food, wine, and arts scene. I’m a Wine Ambassador for Carter Family Wines and proudly serve on the board of International Ballet. At the heart of everything I do is connection—helping clients gain clarity, move forward with confidence, and feel truly at home in the Upstate.
