About Vince

Vince DiMaria has been recognized by The National Association of REALTORS a REALTOR Emeritus having over FORTY (40) years of residential real estate experience! Vince has obtained an Associates Degree in Applied Professional Sciences from the University of South Carolina and has completed requirements for numerous real estate designations, i.e. the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors' Institute (GRI), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and maintains a South Carolina Brokers' License. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and Lifetime Member of the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC). AWARDS; Company-Top Producer, Company-Top Sales Associate, Company-Top Residential Lister and Company-Top Non-Residential Lister. Vince is a Columbia native who now lives again in his Lake Katherine childhood home where he grew up fishing, boating and waterskiing. He is married to Kerrie, the owner of a real estate appraisal company. They have a daughter, Vita, 14, and a son Nico, 12. Family is key for Vince. Vince and his family continue to support Epworth Children's Home, an organization assisting children from broken family systems that find themselves in tough situations through no fault of their own. They are members of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Vince is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty - Midtown Office where he works with peers that have literally grown up together in Columbia real estate. His 40+ year real estate career has developed from being a "Rookie of the Year" agent at the age of 19, through training and office management roles and back again to his love of serving clients in this industry he finds constantly inspiring.
