About Lawrence

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC Lawrence is a second-generation real estate agent. His father owned and operated Paul Miller Realty from 1970 until 1983. This is where Lawrence received and gained valuable knowledge about making sure all clients get customer satisfaction and being totally committed to helping meet the client's needs. After high school Lawrence joined and served in the Army for 21 years. During this tenure he was assigned as a detail recruiter in Columbia, SC from 1999 to 2003 eventually retiring in the local area on December 1, 2004. While serving as recruiter, Lawrence learned how important it is to make sure you listen to what a person's intent is before replying back on how you can help them meet their goals. Lawrence had to work long hours while serving in the military. This dedication and commitment helped him understand when a client tells you they are counting on you to either sell their home, help them purchase a home or help them find investment property that failure isn't an option. Lawrence has vast experience with the Richland county area, Lexington county area, Kershaw county area, Sumter county area, Florence county area extending all the way to the Augusta, GA area border when it comes to helping client's find property.
