About Kelvin

Kelvin A. Perry, is a South Carolina native, born in Columbia, and lived in several areas within the city from early adulthood to present. He loves his local community and appreciates all of the great memories from childhood, college in addition to his professional career. Kelvin is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a fervent Gamecock fan. He loves new experiences and strives to learn all aspects of the city to include surrounding counties throughout the state. His travels have connected him with many South Carolinians (homegrown like himself or transplants) and become familiarized with the many neighborhoods, their local infrastructure and unique characteristics that attract individual residents to live there. Kelvin was raised with core values centralized with the duty to serve others. It is his mission to give back and share a part of his knowledge and skillset with those in need. The Real Estate industry allows him to continue his passion of helping individuals, families and business proprietors attain their goal of property ownership.
