Hi, I’m Jemma and I’m not here to tell you that I’ve been selling real estate for 10, 20, 40 years—because I haven’t. What I will tell you is that if you’re hiring me, you’re not hiring a number of years in the business. You’re hiring someone to work for you. And that’s exactly how I see it. At the end of the day, I’m your employee. My job is to answer the phone, solve problems, negotiate fiercely, make your schedule my schedule, market your home like it’s my own, and make this process as smooth (and maybe even fun) as possible. If that means answering your text at 12 AM, crawling under the house in heels at a showing, or fighting for one more concession at the negotiating table, that’s what I’m here to do. Some people see my age before they see my work ethic. That’s okay. I let my results, preparation, and dedication do the talking. Being younger doesn’t mean I care less—it means I have the energy to hustle, the creativity to market differently, and the drive to earn every client’s trust instead of expecting it. I was born and raised in Columbia, so this city isn’t just where I work—it’s home. I know the neighborhoods, the local businesses, and the little details that make each part of the Midlands unique. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll ever make.
