About Heidi

Hello! My name is Heidi Jackson and I would like to share a little about my background, values and motivations to serve as a real estate agent. In addition to serving as a real estate agent I've worked in public service my entire adult life. I've spent the last 23 years working as a certified law enforcement officer in the Midlands area of South Carolina. The majority of my service has been dedicated to victim services, investigations and serving the mental health community as a crisis intervention trained officer with the National Alliance on Mental Illness. I served in the United States Army Reserves and in the South Carolina National Guard. I volunteer with the Richland County Court Appointed Special Advocate Program as a Guardian Ad Litem and with Shared Hope International as an Ambassador of Hope. I am also a member of the Richland County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force and teach Human Trafficking education for the South Carolina Foster Parent Association. I have a Bachelors of Arts degree from Coker College and a Masters of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy University. I believe in loyalty, safety, and serving with integrity. My goal is to listen and understand what my clients want and need in order for us to work together as a team to achieve success. I have a passion for service and would be honored to serve as your agent.
