A longtime resident of South Carolina with a passion for the state's southern charm, Gwen Rawls brings more than 18 years of sales experience and a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness and superior negotiating skills. Originally from Conway, Gwen moved to Columbia in 1988 and spent the next two decades as a highly accomplished business and human resources professional with a major transportation corporation. She then became an entrepreneur of an upscale retail establishment with an astoundingly proven ability to build relationships. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of the Columbia area and all it offers, Gwen now serves as an invaluable resource to a diverse set of buyers and sellers across Columbia. Patient, genuine and committed to her clients' success, Gwen joins the Coldwell Banker - Midtown team with a willingness to make her clients happy and satisfied. One of Gwen's greatest joys is spending time with her family, and admittedly so, spoiling her mother and her adorable nieces and nephews. When Gwen is not searching for the perfect property for a client, she enjoys relaxing at the beach with a good book and devoting her time and resources to a variety of civic and non-profit organizations.
