About me Work With The Best! Ene Swagart is serious about helping you make great real estate decisions! She is high energy, takes pride in knowing available properties on the market, and saving you time in your home search. She prides herself on careful analysis of current market value - knowledge equally important to sellers and buyers! A native of Columbia, Ene has lived (and traveled) in exciting places -- her father was in International Finance at the World Bank in Washington, DC, and among other locations, she lived in Kuwait for seven years. She attributes her love of travel with those great experiences. An avid golfer, runner, reader/researcher, Ene loves gourmet cooking! Ene has a BS in Business Management from USC and worked in business in Washington, DC, prior to returning to Columbia with her husband, Harry, an attorney, to raise their two children. She has been very involved in their schools, competitive swimming and St. Martin's Episcopal Church. Both graduates of Duke University, they live in NY and Connecticut. Real estate was a natural professional progression for Ene, after owning her own business and being in Medical Sales.
