About Rick

EXPERTISEPrior to becoming a real estate professional Rick Anderson worked over fifteen years in the auto parts industry as an owner/manager. After the sell of the auto parts company, Rick became a sales associate for Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham & Associates in Anderson, SC from 2001 to January 2007. After a merger in January 2007, Rick joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine and served as a commercial sales associate until January 2009. In January 2009 Hugh Durham reassumed ownership of the Coldwell Banker office in Anderson where Rick remained a sales associate.
