About Gail

With almost a decade of experience in real estate and having grown up in Anderson County, I know every nook and cranny of the Upstate I love so much. From negotiating the best transaction to managing the details seamlessly, I’m here to ensure the process is smooth and enjoyable with a personable and caring spirit. Before starting a career in real estate, I graduated from Wren High School and attended Anderson College, I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Architectural Space-Planning and Interior Design from the University of Georgia. My passion for design and architecture has always been central to my work, with the early days spent as a luxury interior designer with Davis Kloss and Morris and Associates in Atlanta then later in Greenville and the Upstate with Goodwin Foust luxury builders, designing beautiful homes in The Reserve at Lake Keowee. Beyond design, I also developed strong customer service and management skills while working with companies like WebMD, In-Touch Ministries, CIBA Vision, and AT&T. During my career in real estate, I’ve worked with clients to buy and sell new construction, luxury homes, investment properties, large land acreage and more. My love for the Upstate and years of expertise with Coldwell Banker Caine allow me to offer clients a deep knowledge of the local market while providing valuable guidance throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe in treating every transaction with efficiency and integrity, always putting my clients' needs first. Outside of work, I’m an active member of the community as part of The Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders Association, Anderson County Arts Center, National Association of REALTORS®, South Carolina Board of REALTORS®, REALTORS® Political Action Committee, Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, and Western Upstate Association of REALTORS®. I’m also a member of the Bonnes Amies club in Piedmont, involved in the Mill Town Players, and an active member and volunteer at my beloved church, and even working on my pilot’s license! I also love spending time with my family, doting on my wonderful nieces and nephews.
