I am passionate about educating my clients, not just in real estate but in their finances too. Prior to my real estate career, I worked as a #mortgage #lender, for nine years. My experience as a mortgage lender has served me well in my real estate career as I've been able to give my clients #advice on their #mortgageloans. I also help them review their #financial situation and develop strategies to ensure they are in a good financial position to invest in a home. For #firsttimehomebuyers, in particular, applying for a loan for the first time can be overwhelming or seem complicated. I can help break it down for you and give you all the information you need to make the right decision for you. Who I work with I work with anyone who needs to buy or sell property, however, I work with a lot of first-time #homebuyers, #families with kids, young #couples, and young #singles (30+). Many of my clients have rented a property for years and are ready to become #homeowners. I love working with #singles in their 30s who are looking to buy their first homes. They enjoy nights out with friends, wineries, adventures, and road trips but also work hard to earn their living. The moment you realize you are ready to buy a home is an exciting moment! But then what? Where do you start? What can you afford? Where should you get a loan? You'll have a lot of questions and be on the hunt for answers. Having a dedicated resource to answer your questions and be there to support you will help you move through the process as smoothly as possible. And I am that dedicated resource!
