I rest my case on neighborhood nicknames but I just got up on my soap box to explain to you how much I dig this old school Pittsburgh rowhouse. Walking in the front door you are immediately confronted with a large open living room and dining room with new flooring throughout. In the rear of the home is the kitchen with newer appliances and excellent cabinet space. Upstairs offers a very large primary bedroom with newer carpet and tons of storage. The hallway gets a little funky with its layout and offers a few options, the current owner used it as a bedroom.
