About Laura

The thing that stands out the most with Laura is her enthusiastic and warm personality. Everyone she works with feels her genuine care and concern for their priorities as varied as they may be. She also has a great reputation for her meticulous attention to detail. Prior to real estate, Laura worked in human resources and management in a home improvement store and a popular food chain. She also spent years helping her family owned construction business. She moved from Pennsylvania to Idaho in 2008. While married to Will, she was co-owner of their construction company which did remodels to new construction in North Idaho and Eastern Washington. They had a handful of employees on payroll. She did everything from managing the books and payroll for their employees to on-site demo and whatever construction help was needed. Her intense work ethic carries over into her real estate experience. She currently oversees the recordkeeping, contracts, and other clerical needs as well as helps with showings, client communications, marketing, and negotiations. She puts her heart into all she does and is an essential part of the Will & Laura team.
