About Kathy

The Person : Experienced Beach Lounger, Book of Knowledge, Animal Lover The Resume : At a very young age, Kathy told her parents that she wanted to be "a ballerina or a beach bum!" when she grew up. While the dancing never quite got started she is very much a very experienced beach lounger! After three degrees from Morehead State University, Marshall University, and Vanderbilt University, she finally settled into a career in real estate woking as a residential agent, new home sales representative, sales trainer, and a sales manager. All of these experiences are extremely valuable in her newest role, helping buyers, sellers, and builders successfully go from contract to closing. The Good Stuff : Kathy is passionate about her beach time and gets there as often as possible. Having her Mom live on the beach is a wonderful excuse to get away! Keeping up with the adventures of two young grandnieces is always exciting and when at home, she loves time with her two Adore-A-Bull rescues, Cam and Harry.
