About Bob

The Person: Husband, Father, Nickname Giver, Car Guru, IPA Lover, The Handy Hines The Resume: Bob works with our Buyers and Sellers in all aspects of real estate, specializing in both New Construction and Land Development. He too earned his 1st degree from “Hines University” and fondly remembers being “put to work” at his Dad’s land development job site projects. This has brought him a unique understanding and also interest in both land development, new construction, and real estate. Bob’s actual real estate career started in 2006 when he joined his father’s land development company Hines-Griffin. He then joined Build Cincinnati in 2013 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2016. The Good Stuff: Like most Cincinnatians’, Bob met his wife Pam in high school. He attended Moeller and she attended Mount Notre Dame and they have been married for 10 years. Their amazing son (Rome’s) makes them laugh every day. If you swing by the office you will most likely be greeted by their first born, Peppermint. The Hines recently built their new home in Montgomery and love to go for walks to Swaim park, downtown Montgomery and Blue Ash. They love Skyline Chili (Sorry Gold Star), Montgomery Inn, the Bengals, and Reds and also love to travel. Bob is an avid car enthusiast and enjoys a good beer and watching college football with family and friends.
