Cosmo Ficara, with over 40 years of industry experience, is now The Managing Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate and its internationally recognized brand in their Westhampton Beach office. He was formerly the owner/broker of Westhampton Beach Real Estate opened in 1994 in the United Artist Movie Theater, now the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on Main Street. It began as a small boutique office that focused on its clients and customer's needs continually outgrowing its space to become one of the largest independent real estate brokerages on the East End in 2010, according to The Real Deal. Cosmo has closed all manner of transactions including rentals, luxury residential properties and commercial properties on the listing and selling side. He has impeccable credentials for strong servicing and negotiating skills with an immense knowledge of all types of real estate products. When it comes to the art of the deal, Cosmo has the unique ability to ensure a successful outcome for whomever he is representing. He knows how to get to the closing table.
