About Hilary

Hilary Joy Diaz is a Boston University graduate from the School of Public Communication, where she majored in broadcasting and film and minored in criminal justice. With a lifelong fascination for design and architecture, Hilary transitioned into a successful career as a jewelry designer. She established a factory that expanded from 200 square feet to 10,000 square feet in just six months, operating the facility for 23 years with a team of 80 employees. Her jewelry has been sold to the largest retailers and shopping channels worldwide, and she has hosted her own shows, the Hilary Joy Couture Collection, in six countries and on nine TV stations. Hilary's extensive experience in customer relations spans from merchandise assistants to CEOs, as well as direct interactions with consumers. She has managed all aspects of her business, including sales, office administration, customer relations, and executive and financial responsibilities. Her travels to 21 countries have deeply influenced her designs, drawing inspiration from global architecture and beautiful gardens, such as Les Jardin de Tuileries in Paris. Hilary has owned homes in upstate New York, New York City, and the Hamptons, and has harbored a longstanding desire to become a real estate agent. After years of extensive travel for business, she is now able to fully dedicate herself to real estate sales. Her outgoing personality and genuine love for meeting new people make her an excellent communicator with colleagues and clients alike. Hilary's ability to form lasting friendships and connections worldwide speaks to her honesty and trustworthiness. With her children grown and living independently, Hilary is committed to devoting her time and focus to the real estate community. She and her husband share their home with four rescue cats and are soon to adopt a fifth kitten from Beth Stern. Hilary's strongest skills lie in negotiations, sales, and marketing, honed through running her own business and representing her brand on air.
