About Ken

Having spent 40 years in the real estate business and being a Lake Placid native, Ken Jubin is no stranger to the lay of the land. Ken possesses a unique gift, instilling a sense of confidence and trust among his many clients. He believes in giving his clients personalized attention and support in order to help them achieve their real estate needs. Ken has made lasting relationships with those purchasing property for personal use as well as investments, even turning business partnerships into life-long friendships. Giving back to his community, Ken, for ten years, has chaired the Zoning Board of Appeals for Lake Placid/Town of North Elba. His familiarity with APA rules and regulations as well as his "local perspective" make him an expert in all things land related. An avid adventurer, Ken spends his down time traveling, especially enjoying his extracurricular hobbies in the Caribbean. Ken enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, cross country skiing and camping. He is also a Certified IKO kitesurfing instructor and Certified Advanced Open Water scuba diver.
