About Jaime

Jaime Rose Douglass is a lifelong Adirondack resident with a deep appreciation for the people, communities, and natural beauty that make the region such a special place to call home. Having grown up surrounded by the mountains, Jaime enjoys spending her free time exploring the outdoors and hiking with her two dogs, Theodore and Penelope. For the past two years, Jaime has worked as a Property Manager for Bear Place Rentals, where she manages five long-term rental units while also overseeing the daily operations of a local motel. Through her experience in property management and hospitality, she has developed strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, along with a firsthand understanding of the importance of finding the right place to call home. Now, Jaime is excited to begin her journey in real estate at Coldwell Banker Whitbeck and help others navigate one of life's most important decisions. With her local knowledge, dedication to exceptional service, and genuine passion for the Adirondack community, Jaime looks forward to helping clients find not just a house, but a place they can truly call their forever home.
