About Colleen

Colleen Ayers has been selling real estate for over 20 years. She is a certified buyer representative as well as an associate broker. Colleen enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and goes the extra mile to assist her clients to ensure their real estate journey is a pleasurable one. She understands the market and advises her clients accordingly. “I enjoy helping clients into their first home or helping them with selling their home to move into a larger home or with downsizing to a smaller home. I have worked with first time home buyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, foreclosures, second homes, and relocation companies.” Colleen educates her clients and guides them through the real estate process. When she is not helping clients, she likes to read, scrapbook, travel, take photos, and spend time with her husband, 3 children, and cats.
