PJ Whitbeck is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Whitbeck, where he has dedicated nearly two decades to advancing real estate in Northern New York through visionary leadership, industry expertise, and community engagement. In 2005, PJ played a pivotal role in affiliating his family’s brokerage, Whitbeck Associates, with Coldwell Banker, strengthening the firm’s position in both residential and commercial real estate. Under his guidance, the company has grown from a single office to five strategically located offices, now home to more than 50 agents serving clients across all of Northern New York’s counties. A recognized leader within the real estate industry, PJ was honored as the 2024 Realtor of the Year, a testament to his commitment to professionalism, innovation, and service. His contributions include serving as Past President of the Adirondack Champlain Valley MLS and his current work at the state level as a member of the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) Issues Mobilization Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and Multiple Listings Issues and Policies Committee. Beyond real estate, PJ is an active member of his community. He belongs to the Plattsburgh Noon Rotary, serves on the City of Plattsburgh Zoning Board of Appeals, and previously spent nine years on the Board of the Strand Center for the Arts.
