Casey Holdridge is a dedicated real estate professional with a deep-rooted connection to the North Country. A native Upstater and graduate of Peru Central High School, Casey explored the country before returning to the Adirondacks to build her career and raise her family. Her journey began in healthcare, but her passion for homes and property led her to Coldwell Banker Whitbeck, where she started as an administrative assistant shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic. She quickly advanced, earning her real estate license and establishing herself as a trusted agent in the Plattsburgh office where her career began. With a strong background in property management, Casey specializes in vacation rental homes, helping investors maximize their returns while ensuring guests experience the best of the Adirondacks. Her hands-on knowledge of construction, DIY projects, and fixer-uppers gives her a unique edge when advising clients on renovations and home potential. Casey and her husband, Tanner, are raising their sons, Grant and Killian, on a farm outside of Keeseville, NY, where they embrace a lifestyle built around family, hard work, and the outdoors. Whether tending to their animals—including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, rabbits, and geese—or working on their next home project, Casey understands firsthand the importance of finding a place that truly feels like home.
