About Adam

Adam is a full-time Real Estate Associate Broker specializing in commercial and residential sales who prides himself on friendly and professional service. Adam enjoys the many various activities that the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain provide, such as camping, fishing, and boating. Born and raised in Plattsburgh, NY, Adam graduated in May 2004 from Plattsburgh State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. His collegiate experience included a semester as an exchange student at Concordia University in Montreal, where he studied business communications, business writing, finance and Canadian economics. He is a licensed member of the Clinton County Board of Realtors. He is a son of Coldwell Banker Whitbeck Associates founder, Peter A. Whitbeck. Adam has set his sights on following his father's footsteps and working on the commercial side of the real estate business. He is seeking Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) status throughout the professional real estate education program offered by the CCIM Institute.
