About Joel

Joel Berona is new in the real estate business, but he has a vision and passion to help prospective clients own or rent a piece of property which suits their life style, budget and personal preferences. He is a member in good standing of three realtors' associations, namely, Long Island Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.Joel is deeply engaged in Queens, New York, whose connections to various communities are based on the holistic services he offers as a Gospel minister of Christ. Joel is a resident in this borough since January 2005. He has a degree of Bachelor of Laws which he earned through diligence and hard work in Northwestern University, Philippines.
