With all of this growth and change in Nevada and the ever changing market you need an expert by your side to guide you through the process. My clients experience thorough communication and education about the process, so you're never left wondering what comes next. As a Nevada native, I have a unique perspective on the history and progression of Northern Nevada neighborhoods and I'm extremely passionate about my home state. I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish from UNR and am elated when I get to use it assisting my Spanish speaking clients. I pride myself in building a relationship of trust and ease with my clients and helping them maximize their potential in Real Estate. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, a Real Estate transaction can be a complex one and stressful one. I act as an ally and as a resource for my clients, finding a balance that will work for them. From assessing the needs, wants and specific goals of my clients, to providing them with the information they need to feel confident moving through the transaction. This will include negotiation of the contract and guiding them through the complexities of the disclosure and inspection processes, to a successful close of escrow.
