Upon enjoying many summer and winter vacations here at North Lake Tahoe with family and friends, and like so many before me, I decided to move permanently to Incline Village, Nevada Lake Tahoe in 1987. I started my real estate career 30+ years ago in Kings Beach, California (North Shore) and became very familiar with the real estate dynamics of the North Shore from California Stateline Brockway to West Shore, Truckee, Donner Summit and of course my home town of Incline Village, Nevada for 27 years. I now reside in beautiful Reno, Nevada and continue to work with new Reno clients and of course my past clients enjoying their 2nd homes on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Together with the Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate offices and their growing market presence at Lake Tahoe and my active marketing plan, to help both buyers and sellers realize their dream of owning a home or purchasing another Lake Tahoe property, whether in California or Nevada has been a privilege in a place I call home, Northern Nevada.
