To best serve my clients, I listen to their needs and communicate with them on a regular basis. I am consistently a top producing Realtor in both California and Nevada at Lake Tahoe. I am an experienced and skilled negotiator. I have closed over 200 escrows since 1997, more importantly; all of my clients will provide a good referral for me. My goal is to, EXCEED THE EXPECTED! I have traveled extensively throughout the United States. In 1988 I moved to Lake Tahoe and decided this would be my home. Before becoming a broker I taught math for 5 years. I am married to Teresa who is an elementary school teacher. We have four children. My hobbies include snow and water skiing, flying, previewing property, and securities trading. One of my long-term goals is to hang-glide. I strive to provide incomparable service; I do this through my work ethics, credibility, and knowledge regarding the intricacies of the real estate process.
