About Yancy

About: Yancy Whittaker: Maryland bred, both his parents were educators who inspired him to follow his dreams. He began serving others with a military career in the Air Force. There, he learned skills in technology, team membership and leadership. After his military service he studied math, political science, philosophy and exceled playing tennis at Santa Barbara City College in California and helped lead his team to regional championships twice. He still plays and follows events around the world. He further put these experiences into motion, as well as his parent’s teachings about service and heritage of professionalism in to Maître d'/Captain some of California’s best restaurants including Head of the Wolf of Santa Barbara, Cunard’s of LaQuinta, to Club 74 in Palm Desert and receiving Restaurant of the Year, 1996, nomination while Maître d'/Manager of Continental Café of Rancho Mirage. Yancy’s Different: He has translated his service to others by helping people with their real estate needs in 2003 in Palm Desert, Ca.. His approach is simple: listen, guide, and negotiate each transaction to achieve client objectives quickly. He sincerely strives to secure client trust and loyalty by providing excellent results applying 100% Total Client Satisfaction with useful educational tools through video and email updates while keeping on the cutting edge of technology in real estate. His diligence and accumulated strong work ethic make is the source of his success. This has earned him consistent MultiMillion Dollar Level Production awards and equally numerous monthly/quarterly Top 10 and up production levels and listing agent recognition. Believes in Giving Back: From his parents as example, he pick up “doing unto other as you’d want them to do unto you”. He gives 10+% of his personal earnings to help 9 families survive through Food for the Hungary, a worldwide faith based organization making a difference to those in the most desparate circutances imaginable. Not only that but is developing rlationships with each family writing etters over the years. In addition to that, he gives 20+% of each corporate transaction earnings to Ezperansa Men's shelter, dedicated to helping homeless and near homeless men from homelessness. He gives of his time Monday mornings voluterring at the Cancer center 5 hours a week. Having sat in the "chem chair" and survided, he gives back helping with moral and emeotional support of those battling cancer for their lives. That's not all, with rmaining time, he makes the time to sponsor and help as many as 8 to 12 men achieve and sustain sobriety over drug and alcohol addiction, that’s 10-15 hours a week and usually more.
