Rachel Rosebery knows Santa Fe real estate from a 360º perspective, having served as managing broker of Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty, now Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, following her service as an associate broker both selling properties and working with buyers, and as an operational staff member. In each role, she honed the ability to be highly detail oriented, a great problem solver, skilled negotiator, keen listener and communicator, and most importantly, to focus on serving people and their needs. Rachel specializes in the sale of residential homes, commercial properties, land, and new construction, serving all of Santa Fe city and county. Rachel’s family is her heart and greatest joy. She is also a proud third-generation Santa Fe Realtor: her grandparents, John Grover and Joel Faye Bennet, founded Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty, now Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties. Rachel is very grateful for her family, who taught her a great deal about life, real estate, and the culture of the great Realtor community in Santa Fe. Rachel began her real estate career in 2004. She has repeatedly been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and she served as Qualifying Broker of Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty until fall of 2017. She then welcomed her daughter and shifted to serving her clients as a full-time broker, allowing Rachel to manage her real estate business and, most importantly, be family oriented.
