With deep roots in a farming and horse community, I bring a lifetime of experience in agriculture, land stewardship, and outdoor living to my work as a real estate professional. Raised on a working farm, I developed a practical understanding of ranching, livestock, and land use—experience that directly benefits buyers and sellers of residential homes, ranches, and rural properties. I earned a degree in Parks and Resource Management and went on to serve as a park ranger at both the state and federal levels. This background gives me a strong working knowledge of land management, property access, conservation considerations, and how homes and ranches interact with the land around them. Whether I’m helping a family purchase a primary residence, guiding a seller through the sale of a working ranch, or evaluating acreage tied to a home, my focus is on clear communication, accurate valuation, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process. After spending time on Colorado’s Western Slope, I met my wife Megan, a New Mexico native from one of the oldest families in the Moreno Valley. Today, we live in Moffat County with our young son and enjoy a lifestyle shaped by the outdoors.
