About Kathy

Kathy Donadio has been an experienced Real Estate professional since 2007 with extensive experience in the West Essex Real Estate market. After 10 productive years at Weichert Realtors in West Caldwell, Kathy has now made a move to Coldwell Banker in Caldwell. Kathy brings to Coldwell Banker a wealth of knowledge regarding the NJ real estate market and her dedication to the satisfaction of both the sellers and the buyers that she represents. Kathy has resided in Caldwell for over 36 years with her husband Gary. She has two children, Christopher and Nicole, who are both graduates of the Caldwell-West Caldwell school system. Prior to becoming a realtor, she was the successful owner of “The Dance Factory” school of dance for over thirty years, in both Clifton and the West Essex area. From 1990 to 2004 the school, located in Essex Fells, gave her an opportunity to interact with hundreds of children and their parents. Not surprisingly, many of those students have grown up to become clients! Kathy’s love of people and her ability to quickly understand their goals and needs has been the essential ingredient in her success as a realtor. Her focus on finding a client the right home in the right area, and her knowledge of home construction and home décor, has been a vital component in providing her clients with a pleasant and rewarding buying experience.
